We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Representative for our new software for retailers.This position requires proficiency in the English and German language to effectively communicate with German-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the design retail industry.
Actively seek new business opportunities, identify leads, and convert them into sales.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
Present product information and showcase the benefits of our design solutions to clients.
Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both parties.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Fluency in the English and German languages is essential.
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the design and digital industry, is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
