Archiproducts Shop is the online furniture e-commerce where you can find countless solutions from the finest brands for planning, building and furnishing, choosing from the world’s best architecture and design products. Every day we think up new ways to offer our customers the best possible service.

For our store in Bari, we are currently looking for a Sales Assistant, who will ensure the best assistance to our customers, guiding them through the planning and purchasing experience. Ideally, you will be able to autonomously develop innovative design concepts, work out quotations and relate with Italian and foreign customers, guaranteeing full assistance and supporting them up to the purchase of the design and furnishing products in store or on our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Accommodate and assist customers around the store
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences, designing space and layout solutions that reflect their style and meet their needs
  • Provide clients with individual design advice, guiding them to select products, materials and solutions that suit their project and personal taste
  • Use display and rendering tools to present customers with realistic previews of their projects, enabling them to fully understand the potential of design idea
  • Maintain the shop’s order and appearance to create a welcoming and visually attractive environment
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and innovations in design and furnishing

Qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture/Interior Design or related qualifications
  • At least 2 years’ previous experience in a furniture showroom
  • Fluency in the English language
  • Good sales and negotiations skills
  • Ability to provide technical advice for interior design projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
