We are team of highly qualified professionals, engaged in the analysis and development of enterprise web applications in a Microsoft .Net environment. We are always on the lookout for innovative technologies and new talents.

As part of our company growth plan aimed at expanding our teams, we are looking for a Head of Software Development.

As Head of Software Development, you will be responsible for the supervision, planning and control of all company software projects, contributing to the identification of the most suitable business solutions.

Reporting directly to the company board, you will be involved in defining business strategies to manage the lifecycle of all products and offer a vision of the future while ensuring an appropriate cost/benefit ratio.

You will manage the project portfolio, identify priorities and resources, and collaborate with the different business sectors involved in the implementation and application of projects.

You will lead the IT division teams and be responsible for the management and professional development of their human resources.

You will support the analysis and understanding of needs by interfacing with stakeholders involved in the implementation of a project, managing critical issues by proposing appropriate solutions and taking the necessary corrective actions.

We are looking for a dynamic person with a solid IT and management background, excellent leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of process management tools and project management software.
