We are seeking an experienced and talented Art Director to join our Marketing and Communication team. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts and designs that communicate our brand’s message effectively. You will work closely with our Marketing, Design, and Creative teams to develop and execute high-quality creative work across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts and designs for advertising campaigns, websites, social media, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement the overall creative strategy for the brand.
  • Ensure all creative work is consistent with the brand’s visual identity and standards.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and incorporate new ideas into the brand’s creative work.
  • Attend and contribute to brainstorming and creative meetings, providing fresh and innovative ideas.
  • Work closely with external partners such as photographers, illustrators, and copywriters to deliver high-quality creative work.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio of work showcasing creative concepts and designs across various platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Italian and English)
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of designers and creatives.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to ensure all creative work is consistent with the brand’s visual identity and standards.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Web Design principles is a plus.
