We are looking for a Head of Digital Sales with experience in the digital field. The person in this role will be responsible for coordinating the Sales Team by assigning customer portfolios and sales targets (volumes, profitability and retention), monitoring the team’s performance by creating and managing sales KPIs for each account and country in order to improve the performance of each salesperson and achieve turnover and marginality targets.

This person will have the task of planning and implementing the sales strategy in Italy and internationally, contributing to business growth, with a particular focus on Europe and the United States, identifying and implementing new customer acquisition strategies and optimizing relationships with already established customers.

Requirements:

  • at least 5 years experience managing international sales networks with the aim of opening new markets and developing existing ones in companies and publications working with digital services;

  • experience in Project Management, People Management;

  • demonstrated ability to motivate, lead a team and prioritize objectives;

  • excellent Sales, Communications, Complex Sales Management and Negotiation skills;

  • proven experience in key performance metrics analysis and tracking to identify trends and opportunities for improvement;

  • results-oriented, great organizational skills, flexibility, a natural inclination to interact with external and internal stakeholders;

  • university degree, preferably in Economics and/or STEM disciplines;

  • fluent English;

  • strong leadership and charismatic qualities.
