Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our logistics processes to maintain the highest standards in logistics operations.

Responsibilities

  • Logistics Oversight: Supervise shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare air waybills (AWB) and other transport documents to facilitate smooth goods flow.
  • Cost Optimization: Analyse transport quotations to optimize efficiency and control expenses.
  • Claims Management: Handle claims for damages during transport, coordinating with carriers and managing necessary documentation.
  • Compliance and Administration: Create and manage invoices and transport documents (DDT), ensuring adherence to current regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in logistics operations or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with logistics platforms and documentation processes.
  • A proactive approach and a collaborative mindset.
  • Good spoken and written command of the English language.
