From platform activation to experiential marketing, from performance campaigns to creator strategies, we work with leading international Brands to turn visibility into real business opportunities.

Now, we are looking for a Business Developer to help launch and grow this new business unit, with a strong focus on the Italian market and especially on Milan — the capital of Design, relationships, and industry networking.

The role

We are looking for a highly relational, commercially driven, and digitally minded professional able to develop new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with Brands operating in Architecture, Interior Design, Furniture, Building Materials, and Design-related industries.

The ideal candidate is naturally connected to the Milan design ecosystem, understands how Brands communicate today, and can position Archiproducts Agency as a strategic partner rather than a simple media supplier.

This is not a traditional sales role.
It is a hybrid position between:

  • business development
  • strategic consulting
  • networking
  • relationship building
  • digital culture

What You Will Do

  • Develop and grow the Archiproducts Agency business in Italy
  • Build relationships with Brands, marketing directors, entrepreneurs, architects, and stakeholders
  • Identify commercial opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Promote integrated services including media, performance marketing, events, content, and lead generation
  • Participate in events, networking activities, trade fairs, and industry initiatives
  • Work closely with internal creative, marketing, and strategy teams
  • Help shape customized proposals and growth strategies for clients
  • Contribute to positioning Archiproducts Agency within the Milan Design ecosystem

Who We Are Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, advertising, media, events, communication, or digital marketing
  • Strong commercial and public relations skills
  • Deep interest in Architecture, Interior Design, Furniture, and Building industries
  • Strong digital culture and understanding of modern marketing dynamics
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building attitude
  • Ability to move naturally between strategic conversations and commercial opportunities
  • Based in Milan or with a strong professional network in Milan
  • Fluent Italian and good English

What we offer?

  • Applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): Metalmeccanica Industria
  • Contract type: Permanent employment contract.
  • Remuneration: For this position, the gross annual salary (RAL) will be no less than € 60,000.
  • Benefits: Individual bonus, access to corporate welfare and all company services in accordance with applicable company policies.
